Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Running Object website or placing an order. Your use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Running Object website and services ("we", "us", "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders require full payment prior to fulfilment. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to change without prior notice. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund in such cases.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within Thailand only. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Running Object is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public holidays, or logistics disruptions.
4. Returns and Refunds
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Custom or sale items are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and brand identity — is the exclusive property of Running Object. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Running Object shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product or service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
