Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on every order within Thailand. No minimum spend.

Shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

2. Delivery Area

We currently ship within Thailand only. International shipping is not yet available.

International customers can order by email at runningobjectofficial@gmail.com

3. Delivery Time

• Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment.
• Estimated transit time is 1–3 business days depending on destination.
• Remote areas and holiday periods may take longer.
• No deliveries on public holidays.

4. Tracking Your Order

• When your order leaves our warehouse we email you the tracking number and a tracking link.
• You can follow your order status from the link in your confirmation email — no account needed.
• If you have an account, all your orders are listed in your account page.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us with your order number and photos if available. We will follow up with the carrier and make it right.

6. Delivery Address

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If you need to change it after ordering, contact us as soon as possible before the parcel leaves our warehouse. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address.
